I will make a facade design renovation for your house or store project, in a sketch or hand-render.
The drawing is hand-made with graphite, ink and soft pastels, than scanned with an excellent image quality in JPG, PDF.
You need to provide some images to describe your design idea, such as 2d drawings, photos of the existing facade, reference images etc..
3 Formats
You can order the illustration in one of these formats:
BASIC – Drawing outlines. 1 drawing of the facade with simple lines and few shadows in pencil.
STANDARD – Defined lines with some textures. 1 drawing of the facade with good detail visualization and some textures and shadows in b&w.
PREMIUM – Quite detailed. 1 detailed image: all colored surfaces, textures and shadows. Background and legend of materials.
