In this post I present the process of drawing up a facade design service of a renovation project for a single-family house located in the United States.
Below, I will describe the various intervention proposals for the renovation of this residential facade:
1 – Extending the outdoor area covered by a wooden pergola.
2 – Wooden deck for the floor of the outdoor extension.
3 – Decorative climbing vegetation to shade the semi-open space, in addition to the pergola.
4 – Enlarging the front window to increase natural light in the house.
5 – Replacement of the old frames with black aluminum frames.
6 – Metallic railing with a minimalist language to delimit the covered space, leaving an unobstructed view of the elements that will be installed for socializing on the deck, such as sofas, chairs, tables, etc.
7 – Reorganization of the green area with decorative plants and the creation of a drainage channel bordering the entrance floor.
8 – White paint on the main façade to highlight a part of the house.
3 Formats
You can order the illustration in one of these formats:
BASIC – Drawing outlines. 1 drawing of the facade with simple lines and few shadows in pencil.
STANDARD – Defined lines with some textures. 1 drawing of the facade with good detail visualization and some textures and shadows.
PREMIUM – Quite detailed. 1 detailed image: all colored surfaces, textures and shadows. Background and legend of materials.
